What we collect: your email address if you subscribe; if you sponsor, the billing name, email, billing address, country and business location you give at checkout.

Why: to send the newsletter you asked for, and to deliver, invoice and account for sponsorships (including tax records).

Processors and host: the site is hosted on Vercel; email list and delivery use Resend; payments use Stripe. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible under local law.

Cookies and tracking: we do not use analytics cookies or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will disclose it here first and add an on-site notice.

Retention: subscriber data until you unsubscribe, plus up to 30 days. Sponsor billing records for 6 years, as Canadian tax rules require (to be confirmed).

Your rights: you can ask to access or correct your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@landlordtoolshed.com. We respond within 30 days.

We do not sell personal information.
