Email consent (CASL)

We only email people who ticked the consent box (it is never pre-ticked).

Every email identifies the sender (Landlord Tool Shed), includes our contact (hello@landlordtoolshed.com), and has a working unsubscribe link. Our mailing address appears in every email and on the Privacy page.

Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly and within 10 business days at most.

We keep a record of consent: date and time, the page where you signed up, and the consent wording shown.
